Troubleshooting: Cannot locate event

As you grow with Booth.Events, it’s not unusual to book more events than you thought possible (we love to see it!). Once you pass 30 events, your dashboard will only display the most recent 30, shown in descending order by date. Don’t worry. your older events are safe and sound, just not immediately visible.

Here’s how to access them:

1. Scroll to load more

Head to the bottom of your events list, and additional events will load automatically.

2. Search by event name

Use the search bar to look up your event by its name. Remember: the search is case-sensitive.

Example: If your event is named Bob’s Birthday Bonanza, searching just “bob” won’t work - you’ll need to enter Bob.

3. Search by event ID

When creating an event, you can assign it an event ID. Later, type that ID into the search bar to pull it up quickly. This method is especially useful for heavy users who rack up lots of events.
