How to: Delete your Account

If you’ve decided to delete your Booth.Events account, here’s everything you need to know before you begin. This is a permanent action that cannot be undone, so please read the steps carefully.


Step 1: Make Sure You’re Logged In

To delete your account, you must be signed in to Booth.Events.

This is the only way we can verify that the request is coming from you.

Forgot your password?

No problem - just head to booth.events/signin and use the Forgot Password link to reset it.


Step 2: Cancel Your Subscription (If You Have One)

We can't process account deletions while a subscription is active.

If you're currently subscribed:

  1. Log in at booth.events/account.
  2. Cancel your active subscription.
  3. Once it’s cancelled, you’ll be able to move forward with deleting your account.

Step 3: Permanently Delete Your Account

Once you're signed in and have no active subscription, you can delete your account here:

Please keep in mind:

  • This is permanent.
  • All your data will be removed.
  • You won’t be able to recover your account later.
