Why do my photos come out black? Is my template broken?

If you use the iOS app to take photos and your template comes out black or the photos do not appear in your template, and you are using a connected/USB camera, then this is because your iPad/iPhone isn't able to handle the resolution of your camera's JPGs.

To fix this: on your camera, set the JPG size to the smallest that your camera supports.

If you need access to high-quality photos from your camera later, you can set your camera to RAW+JPG. The Booth.Events app will not download the RAW files.
