How to: Change your Billing/invoice name

If your receipts show the wrong name, don’t worry - you can update it and download a corrected version in just a few steps.

If You Have a Subscription:

  1. Visit your billing settings at dashboard.booth.events/account/billing.
  2. Click the “Change Name” button.
  3. Update your name,
  4. Hit save name
  5. Your latest receipt will reflect the new information when downloaded.


If You Don’t Have a Subscription Yet:

No problem, just reach out to us at support@booth.events, and we’ll update the name on your receipt for you.
