Booth.Events offers flexible membership options with a built-in free trial, but it's important to understand how billing and cancellations work.

🆓 Free Trial Details

• All memberships come with a 14-day free trial before any payment is charged.
• Only one free trial is allowed per user/account.

🔁 Auto-Renewing Subscription

• Memberships are automatically renewing.
• You may cancel your trial or subscription at any time, up to 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

• Cancellations must be completed by you through the Billing page in your Dashboard.

• Per our Terms of Service, all purchases and payments are final.
• We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

⚠️ Basic Membership & Event Credits

• You cannot purchase a Basic Membership if you still have Event Credits remaining.
• Please use your credits first before switching plans.
