We have noticed an influx of requests from users in the United States that are inquiring about why their charge on the card does not match the invoice we have sent them. The difference is that charge is not charged by us: financial institutions in the United States of America are charging their customers a fee to do business with a Canadian Company even when you pay in USD.

This change seems to be recent (within the last year or so). Please verify with your financial institution if this charge is legitimate as you are being charged in your currency and do not have to pay a conversion rate. The invoice you received from us is exactly what you were charged in your currency.
