Introducing the Credit System for AI Prompts

We're excited to see the amazing creations you're making with AI Prompts! To ensure the sustainability and future development of this powerful feature, we are introducing a credit system.

This was a difficult decision, as we love our all-in-one pricing. However, we believe this is the best way to offer this advanced feature to as many people as possible. It's important to note that this change only applies to AI Prompts. The popular AI Portraits feature remains included at no extra cost with the Pro+ Plan.

To show our appreciation and get you started, we're giving every active Pro and Pro+ subscriber 200 free credits!

You probably have some questions, like "How are credits used?", "What plan do I need?", and "How can I get more credits?". Let's answer those now.

Your Questions Answered

How are credits used? What is the cost per image?

We use a "cost per generation" model. We also know that perfecting a prompt takes experimentation, so we've made testing more affordable.

• Live Event Generations: 1 credit per image generated on the iPad at an event.
• Testing in the Web Dashboard: 0.25 credits per image generated while building and testing your prompts.

What subscription plan do I need to use this feature?

To use the AI Prompts feature, including creating prompts and using credits, you must have an active Pro / Pro+ subscription, or have created your event with a Pro event credit.

How do I claim my 200 free credits?

This is a one-time offer per subscriber, and we may remove it at any time.

For all active Pro and Pro+ subscribers, claiming your introductory credits is simple:

1. Navigate to the "AI Prompts" area in your web dashboard.
2. At the top where you see your credits, click the "Get More" button
3. If you are eligible to receive the free credits, you'll see a box at the top: click the "Claim" button to have the 200 free credits instantly added to your account.

How do I purchase more credits?

You can purchase additional credits at any time directly from your dashboard:

1. Go to the "AI Prompts" tab on the left side of your online dashboard.
2. Click the "Get More Credits" button.
3. Agree to the terms and conditions to proceed with the purchase.

Credits are priced at $8 USD for 100 credits. Each package has 100 credits, and you can buy up to 20 packages (2000 credits) per purchase.

What happens if I run out of credits during an event?

If your credit balance runs out, you'll see an error when you try to generate an AI Photo on the iPad, or generate an AI image on the web dashboard. The error will tell you that you have run out of credits.

We recommend monitoring your credit balance during an event or purchasing more credits than you think you'll need to ensure a seamless experience for your guests.
