How to: Open & Share the Gallery with your photos
Once your event is running, all the photos and videos taken in the Booth.Events app are uploaded to your online Shared.Gallery. You can open the gallery from your web browser or directly from the apps and easily share it with guests by link, email, or text.
Option 1: Open the Gallery from the Website
- Go to dashboard.booth.events/events
- Click on the event you want to view.
- At the top of the event page, click the “Shared.Gallery” link to open the gallery in your browser.
Need to send the link to someone?
- Click “Copy Gallery Link” to paste it into an email or chat message.
On mobile, the Shared.Gallery link and copy option are in the dropdown menu on the top right.
Option 2: Open the Gallery from the iPad or iPhone App
If you're using the Booth.Events app on your iOS device:
- Open your event in the app.
- Go to the last page of event settings.
- Tap “View Gallery.”
This will open the gallery directly on your device so you can preview and share it while you're on the go.
How to Share the Gallery with Guests
You’ve got a few ways to share the gallery once your media is uploaded:
During the Event (iPad App)
- While using the app, enter a guest’s email address or phone number.
- Booth.Events will send them a link to the gallery via email or SMS.
From the Website
- Open your event at dashboard.booth.events/events.
- Click “Copy Gallery Link” from the right-hand sidebar.
From the Gallery Page
- Just copy the URL from your browser’s address bar and paste it wherever you need—email, social media, or a chat thread.
To Share a Specific Guest Session
- Go to your event on the Booth.Events website.
- Scroll down to the Guest List section.
- Click the three dots (“...”) next to a guest session, then choose how you’d like to share it.
