How to open & share the Gallery with your photos

Open the Gallery

Open the Gallery from the Booth.Events website

The app uploads photos & videos to the Gallery. To open the gallery go to https://dashboard.booth.events/events, choose your event, and at the top click on the "Shared.Gallery" link:

You can also click Copy Gallery Link if you want to paste the link to an email or chat:

If you're on mobile or tablet, that's in the dropdown on the right side of the top bar.

Open the Gallery from the iOS app on your iPad/iPhone

If you're on the device that has the app installed, you can open the event, go to the last page of settings, and touch the View Gallery link shown in the photo below.

Share the Gallery

When photos & videos are in the Gallery and you wish to share it, you have the following options:

• In the iPad app during the event, enter an email address or phone number. An email / SMS will be sent with a link to the gallery
• On the Booth.Events website, open the Event and click the "Copy Gallery Link" action in the right sidebar
• From the Gallery, copy the URL from your browser and paste it wherever you need to

If you want to share specific photos, open the Event on the Booth.Events webpage, scroll down to Guests, and there you can share a link to a session by clicking the "..." next to the guest session. You can find out more about how to do this here: https://help.booth.events/article/10-session-match
