Add your printer in the iOS App
Add your printer in the iOS App
First make sure you allow Booth.Events local network access. Ensure your iPad and printer are on the same network. We recommend using ethernet for stability and performance but you can also use WIFI if you choose to. Once you have verified these pieces of information launch your event and simply click Add on the pop up before tapping ok. Your printer should show here, if you aren't seeing your printer go ahead and tap on the troubleshooter.

When you tap the printer row after you added it and open printer settings, you'll notice that Print.Events printers have one extra setting called Overscan.
This setting controls the "zoom" of the image as it is printed. So if you are seeing white lines around the sides of your print, try increasing overscan. If you are finding the sides of the print are cut off, try reducing overscan.
