We have introduced the gallery access tab under your event details. We have tried to simplify your workflow by introducing presets for the type of access available to the gallery. These presets are common configurations that operators use.
For example:
Want to have guests only access their sessions and not the full gallery?
Simply select Admin Access only.
Setting a Preset:
- Navigate to the dashboard (hyperlink - https://dashboard.booth.events/dashboard)
- Select Events on the left side panel
- Select the event you'd like to edit the privacy settings on
- In the top right of the screen select "Event Settings"
- Select the "Access" tab to reach the gallery access settings.
Selecting a Preset:
- Selecting the drop down under "Presets" will display a list of pre-built privacy presets that cover a number of scenarios
- Below the preset name you will see the individual privacy options with the current status based on your current preset.
Unsure about what the preset does?
- Each of the presets will show a small flavour text below the drop down once selected to give you a better idea of what it will do for you.
- Each of the individual presets have a tool tip, when you hover over with your mouse it will show additional context for each specific control.
Looking to craft your own preset?
Maybe the presets don't quite meet the match for your event and you find yourself wanting to have some controls from one presets, and others from another.
- Select the preset that is closest to what you'd like to set
- Choose the 3 dots beside the preset name, and choose edit
- Each individual control will now be active and can be toggled on or off
- Once you have it set, enter a name for the preset, you also have the option of adding your own flavor text but it is not required.
- Select Save Preset, you will now see your created preset with a custom tag.
