1. Go to <a href="https://dashboard.booth.events/events" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">dashboard.booth.events/events</a>
2. Click on the event you want to view.
3. At the top of the event page, click the “Shared.Gallery” link to open the gallery in your browser.

- Click “Copy Gallery Link” to paste it into an email or chat message.

On mobile, the Shared.Gallery link and copy option are in the dropdown menu on the top right.

Open the Gallery from the Website

After your event has concluded, you can access the gallery to view the photos. Here’s how:

Re-launch the event in Booth.Events. This will open the same event and allow you to view the gallery.

Alternatively, open a web browser and navigate to the Booth.Events dashboard URL.

Sign in to your account and access the gallery from the dashboard.

If you're using the Booth.Events app on your iOS device:

1. Open your event in the app.
2. Go to the last page of event settings.
3. Tap “View Gallery.”

This will open the gallery directly on your device so you can preview and share it while you're on the go.

You’ve got a few ways to share the gallery once your media is uploaded:

- While using the app, enter a guest’s email address or phone number.
- Booth.Events will send them a link to the gallery via email or SMS.

- Open your event at <a href="https://dashboard.booth.events/events" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">dashboard.booth.events/events</a>.
- Click Email gallery download link from the right-hand sidebar.

- Open your event at <a href="https://dashboard.booth.events/events" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">dashboard.booth.events/events</a>.
- Click “Copy Gallery Link” from the right-hand sidebar.

- Just copy the URL from your browser’s address bar and paste it wherever you need—email, social media, or a chat thread.

- Go to your event on the Booth.Events website.
- Scroll down to the Guest List section.
- Click the three dots (“...”) next to a guest session, then choose how you’d like to share it.

How to Share the Gallery with Guests

All the photos and videos taken in the Booth.Events app are uploaded to your online Shared.Gallery. You can open the gallery from your web browser or directly from the apps and easily share it with guests by link, email, or text.
