Are you seeing "This gallery is private" when you open your gallery?
Consider turning on "Guest can view entire gallery"
A Guest is anyone but you as the organizer aka if clients need whole gallery they need the super passcode.
If you're the gallery owner, make sure you're logged into Shared.Gallery
To change gallery privacy & passcode options, edit the event on the Booth.Events web dashboard:
Open the event on Booth.Events, and hit the "Edit Event" button on the right (use the action arrow at the top-right if you're on a smaller screen device)
Go to the first / "Details" page
These settings will allow guests to view the gallery with the passcode only, the super passcode is used to delete/download a .ZIP of all the files.
On the Details page, you can also configure the following:
Event name: Displayed on the iPad app and in Shared.Gallery.
Event date: Avoid reusing the same event for multiple occasions to prevent unintended gallery expiration. Duplicate the event if needed.
Event notes: Visible on the iPad; can also be edited on the iPad.
Shared.Gallery link and expiration: Set the gallery link and how long the gallery remains active. Expired galleries delete all photos and videos.
Guest access: Turn on Guest can view entire gallery to allow guests to see all photos. If off, guests can only view their own session photos. We qualify a guest as anyone who is not logged in - this means your clients can only view the entire gallery with the Super Passcode. Even with a passcode, turning this off displays "This gallery is private" to guests.
Gallery passcode: Guests must enter this to access the gallery. By default, direct session links bypass the passcode. To require it for individual sessions, enable "Also require passcode for individual sessions." Passcodes are included in system emails and texts unless disabled.
Super passcode: Super Passcode: Grants full access including deletion rights and ZIP download; must be manually shared with guests. Use this when you want to give a client full gallery access without letting guests delete - share the super passcode only with the host. If the Guests can view entire gallery is off anyone other than the photobooth operator will need the super passcode to view it.
Share Station HTML content: Displays custom content at the top of the screen when an iPad is running Share Station.
