The in-event menu has two options for what the gallery should show in the app:
This iPad - reads from the Camera Roll of this iPad to find this event's photos, works offline
Cloud - reads from your online gallery, requires internet access
If you're using just one iPad at your event, use "This iPad" because it's faster.
If you have multiple devices launching the same event, use "Cloud" so you can see all the photos/videos.
Enabling the Gallery on the capture screen
You can also turn on the Gallery button next to your capture types, this makes it easy for operators to get to the gallery for reprints and resending captures. so your guests To configure the gallery button to default to the cloud/shared gallery, follow these steps:
Step-by-Step Guide
Access Event Setup
Open the Booth.Events application.
Navigate to the Event Setup section.
Enable the Gallery Tile
Locate the Start Screen settings within the Event Setup.
Ensure that the Gallery Tile is enabled. This allows the gallery button to appear on the start screen.
Configure the Gallery Button
In the Gallery Tile settings, find the option labeled Gallery Button.
Select the desired default option for the gallery button. The available options are:
No button
This iPad
Cloud
To set the gallery button to default to the cloud/shared gallery, choose Cloud.
Save and Test the Configuration
Save your changes in the Event Setup.
Test the configuration by starting the event and verifying that the gallery button defaults to the cloud/shared gallery.
