Inviting a Team Member

To access Team Members, navigate to the Account page on your web dashboard:

The Team Members page will display the current active members, a tab to see previous members and some links to access the event, remote-in to the device as well as the option to remove members.

Select "Invite a Team Member" from the top right corner of the Team Member page

Fill out the corresponding form with the following information:

  • Name

  • Email - This email must NOT be an existing booth.events account

  • Access End Date - Leave this empty if there is no end date

Once saved you will be presented with the invite details page which displays the event invite link. The team member will also receive an email to the address listed above with the event invite link.

If you already have an email you'd like to use but it was already used to sign up for Booth.Events, you will need to delete the account before accepting the invite.

When you navigate to the link you will be asked to create an account with Booth.Events:

Create your account and you will be prompted to add a name for yourself, after this step you'll need to log into your email and verify your account.

And you're Done! You'll notice for the team member account it will display their name in the top right, with the account admin listed underneath. In the example below "Devyn" is the team member that was added to "Devyn Staging 5"
