Plan Limitations
To check the plan level of an event, open the event on the website:
Basic Plan Limitations
Basic events have several limitations which are outlined on the Pricing (or Billing) page:
- You can't add your logo or change the image for the event; it's locked to the app icon as shown in the image above
- You can't customize the gallery or session pages, and these pages show the Booth.Events logo
- You can't use the Data Collection feature

Pro Plan Limitations
Pro events have several limitations which are outlined on the Pricing (or Billing) page:
- You can't use the Advanced iPad Customization / white-label features
- You can't connect your own domain for your galleries like gallery.yourwebsite.com
- You can't create custom microsites with custom HTML for your galleries
- You can't use Kiosk Mode
- You can't use Webhooks
How can I upgrade my event(s) so I can use those features?
It's easy to subscribe to a Pro or Pro+ Membership plan:
- Go to the Billing page
- Buy or Change your plan to the Pro or Pro+ plan that suits you
- Complete checkout
Your existing event(s) will be upgraded. You can read more details about upgrading, canceling, and other membership questions here.
