Setup your DNP WCM to print strips
If you have the DNP WCM unit, you can configure it to print (cut) strips if your Booth.Event templates is set for that.
To do this, you need to change settings on the WCM unit itself, which is accessible on the network. You also need to have the DNP WCM unit connected to your DNP printer, and the printer should be powered on.
Make sure the Booth.Events Template you've chosen is ready for strips
A template that supports strips must be symmetrical so that the printer can cut it in half. Here's an example template that supports being cut vertically:

How to change your WCM version 1 settings
If you have the original DNP WCM unit, you choose the paper size only on the WCM unit's settings. Follow these steps:
- Connect your iPad or computer to the network of the WCM. For example if you're connecting via wifi, make sure you're connected to the DNPWirelessConnect wifi hotspot.
- Open Safari if you're on the iPad, or your web-browser if on your computer and navigate to http://192.168.4.1
- In the middle-left, you should see the printer. Touch the row in the table, then the Edit button.
- In the popup, set the "Option" to "Print Size" if it isn't already, then change the value by touching it the control. Now you'll see a view like this - select the cut you want, then hit Save.
How to change your WCM version 2 settings
If you have the newer version 2 of WCM, you set the available paper sizes / cuts on the unit's settings, then you pick the one you want in the Booth.Events app. Follow these steps:
WCM v2: Enabling all print / paper sizes

Now continue by selecting the paper size you want in Booth.Events.
WCM v2: Selecting the paper size you want in Booth.Events App
- Open the Booth.Events app and make sure iPad is still connected to the same network as WCM.
- If the app shows it is connected to a printer, remove that printer. Then add the printer: you will see the individual paper sizes directly in the app as shown below. Pick the one you want.
